I was eagerly waiting for the lolipop5.02 update for my samsung alpha.
few days back i got update notification .
i updated my cell.
after update i am getting issues like lagging... all the functions are working very slow .
it takes 2-3 seconds to open any option.
Kitkat was far beeter thn lollipop...atleaat it does not hav any lag issues..
How to ressolve them
And can anyone tell me how can i gt back to kitkat because lollipop lags are unbearable ..it is degrading my cell standard.
please samsung take some severe action to overcome theae issues in lollipop update.

When I go into Settings , then into Contacts , my Alpha freezes for like 4-5 seconds, then enters the Contacts and you can change any options there normally . That's the only bug I have on my 5.0.2 on Apha .

I couldn't stand the wait to recieve it OTA, so I've downloaded it from sammobile, flashed with odin 3.09
So far pretty good, it's faster, no bugs so far, I am pretty happy with it :)

How's the lollipop update? any bugs, slowdowns, battery issues? I'm waiting for it since december, but now after reading so much problems with it, I'm starting to worry, that I'll be disapointed..

got lollipop 5.0 in germany on vodafone and since then i can't read my sms and W-lan is not working anymore...plus the phone lags and freezes....so all of you out there criyng for lollipop on SGS4 be happy you don't have it it will totaly ruin your phone

Nice to see the Alpha hasn't been completely forgotten, didn't keep mine for very long as the battery life wasn't great. But other than that I thought it was a great little device, powerful as hell with that Exynos 5430.
