Doug, 27 Apr 2015What CPU will the Note 5 use?Though someone said the Mali T880 that GPU won't be ready until 2016 supposedly.
So it will likely be the 760/860 which are roughly the same.
Though they are likely to use at least the MP10 if not the MP16 version compared to the MP8 used in the 7420.
Especially if they go 4K.

Not sure why everyone thinks increased instructions per clock = higher power usage and more heat? Look at AMD and Intel, Intel can exacutue more instructions perclock and produce less heat on the same fabrication process as AMD. It's down to the efficient use of resources (voltage) and power leakage from the chip design.
The reason being that the 810 is so poor is due to it running at a higher voltage on a older fabrication process based on a poor design so they could rush it to market.

They are just creating hype I don't think that any major improvement will come in Galaxy S7 maybe in 2017

got lollipop 5.0 in germany on vodafone and since then i can't read my sms and W-lan is not working anymore...plus the phone lags and freezes....so all of you out there criyng for lollipop on SGS4 be happy you don't have it it will totaly ruin your phone

For me, exynos all the way. Using note 3 currently with snapdragon and owning a note 4 with exynos. And one thing i've noticed, the exynos version note 4 sound while listening to music is much better than snapdragon version. It may be just me, but i did notice it.
