iPhone 6S Plus and the
Samsung S6 Plus.
However, Samsung's usually used the "Plus" models in low quantities, and in select regions. And they've been just a rehash of the same flagship. Apple uses the "Plus" moniker to differentiate its small and big phones. And uses the "S" moniker to differentiate flagship jumps, not just rehashes.

In this case, if indeed we are talking about an S6 Plus and not a carrier specific version of the existing model, the launch of the "Plus" version would be extremely close to the launch of the original model, which is not really an ideal situation...
