It is rebranded becuase in Europe Honor is a subbrand from huawei. The honor 6 is in Europe not a Huawei phone. I think that is the reason behind the rebranding.

I can see why they try to obscure the phone in the ad. It's not the prettiest thing...lol. And for that price you can get a LG G2 which matches or outperforms this in almost every way.
