My phone has been acting up since last update. It freezes constantly while using apps and it's generally slower to use. Really disappointing when they don't test these updates before launch. Don't break something that works. Unsure of what measures I can take to fix it.

Since the update I've had serious problems connecting to my wifi. In fact i burned through 375MG of my monthly 500MG of data simply cause i wasn't connected to wifi when i thought it was. I've also had a lot of trouble with the volume of the alarm clock app. Before when I maxed the volume I could hear it across my house. Now (with all volumne options maxed out) I can't even hear it on my bedside table. I was woken up this morning not by the noise of the alarm but by the noise of the phone vibrating against the bedside table because that generated more noise then the alarm itself. I've also extreme lag on my internet browser and all games on my phone which is especially frustrating. My autocorrect I had to disable in setting of replace word as it is completely useless at the moment. It replaces even some of the most basic words with random things. I tried to write the word 'man' and it kept replacing it with with 'mainly'. Super frustrating. I've always loved my galaxy but this is extremely frustrating and a huge let down of an update.

Vera, 12 Sep 2017I can't able to update my latest version samsung galaxy s5I'm unable to update to the latest security patch (August) either. This patcht is supposed to fix the bluetooth LE problem. I just keep getting can't connect. I tried updating using the computer and it says no update available even though I know there is. This just plain sucks. Right now I have my tracker connecting to an old iPhone each morning. I had a perfectly good working phone (even did that factory reset trying to fix bluetooth issue) and Samsung and Verizon mucked it up. Just put it back to the way it was before the July update.

I've lost the ability to switch between languages on my keyboard with a simple swipe.
The autocorrect on my phone is all messed up.
ie. When I type lock, it corrects it to lol.
The phone freezes out of nowhere all the time now, and it generally operates much slower.
This was a terrible update, and it will make me consider getting an iphone for my next purchase.

Garmin is aware of the issue. HOW DO I GET RID OF THE UPDATE? I UPDATED MY CHROME APP & THAT DIDN'T HELP

I game.on my.phone aND since the last upgrade I have freeze and connectivity issues while gaming. This is a major problem for me as I've lost 1.9 billion troops because my phone froze when I was attacked!! I'm pissed off, would.like to revert back.to last version!!!

I entirely agree. I am partially sighted and this latest forced update has rendered the phone almost unusable for me. Is there a way to undo the upgrade?
