I can't access my email. I'm not receiving texts. Can't save my ringtone or vibration settings. Phone is running SO slowly. This is AGGRAVATING. Stop with these raggedy updates. You're trying to fix something that wasn't broken in the first place. Ugh.
Since the update there have been several issues. When getting an incoming call I often don't have access to my number pad or any buttons, it just shows "incoming call" even though the call is answered and conversation has started. Which means I can't dial a number to answer an automated call, I can't put it on speaker phone, and I also can't even hang up the call--I must let the other end hang up or restart my phone to terminate the call.
It has affected my "network connection" for email. I get error messages after I think an email has been sent, and my email often won't refresh to see new emails. It won't accept a fingerprint after restart so I have to enter my backup password, only while entering the screen times out and I have to start all over.
Since upgrade: Bluetooth sinc with car goes out constantly. Background with anoying ads, my VM had to be set up like it was a new account. Gallery messed up. Cannot send pictures ANYWHERE (email or text), Odd apps keep appearing and battery life cut in half. I'm not amused, Samsung. Restore or fix or you will lose me and many others
Since the most recent update, my Galaxy S5 keeps losing WiFi and won't connect to the Bluetooth system on my car. Both worked perfectly before.
Since the update my phone will shut off and reboot on it's on. This is really frustrating! Don't send me anymore darn updates!!!
This has done the same to me, all my photos I have taken recently and videos are storing with error messages. Also my battery is draining really quickly. Has anyone found a solution to undo an update please?

I haven't Samsung S3 and have not installed the new lollipop update. I would suggest you check for another location to get help with your phone it sounds like customer service you're receiving is pathetic. Not all of them are so laxidasical about their clients service. Report the individual store when you find another one to go to. Good luck I hope they fix your issues soon.
They need to fix this problem ASAP!!! I have a note 5 and since this stupid update, I can't send picture messages nor could I Bluetooth my phone to my car.
This is my second samsung galaxy and the issue accure charger port always mess up.

The upgrade killed my cell coverage in my home. When I do get a connection is I have to say my introduction twice because the receiving party doesn't hear my first sentence after answering. I have Verizon and a S6.

The latest Android update,5.0 Lollipop, killed all my photos and, eventually, my SD card. It started out with just locking up every time I opened the Gallery to view photos. Then I got a msg that my SD card had a corrupt file or was missing. Then, all my photos disappeared. The sd card can't be read. I have other very annoying issues with this update. Edits to my contacts appear to take but old phone numbers still display. The contacts list doesn't break where the first letters change. There are B's in the A section, C's in the D section, etc. When I set an appointment on the calendar and add a reminder for 1 hour before, I might start getting reminders the day before and then constantly until I cancel the appt. Both apps that came preloaded and apps I added show a "move to sd card" button but it is grayed out for everything. Why can't I move space hogs to the SD card??? Why does it say that over 5 Gb of space is occupied by "misc" files, but the actual list only shows about 209 Mb of items? The list goes on. If Samsung and Android don't get their act together, my next phone will be an iPhone. You killed all my pictures!!!!!
My S6 received the software update yesterday and now my email does not sync regularly and several apps I regularly use (Stitcher and Sirius/XM included) do not work at all.
I updated both my phone the Galaxy S5 & my mom's Nexus Google under Sprint & since then the biggest problem is we both can't text. We had android store text apps & anytime we try starting them says "Unfortunately (the app) has stopped". I've forced stopped them, clear caches and absolutely NOTHING.
How do you un-update it? I can't use some apps,and the format is awful.

In the middle of a phone call, a text, email, it stops working. Took several pictures and they are no where to be found! I saw some suggestions on another website to restore but honestly am afraid I will lose everything. Went to T-Mobile and they said "sorry, don't blame us, blame Samsung"! But they sold me the phone, with a warranty, and still not finished paying for it. I seriously believe that when they come out with more recent models, they send viruses.....um updates... to the older models to make you buy a newer one. They say "oh yeah, we've had problems with that phone from the beginning." Well that's not what the girl that sold it to me said and if you are aware of problems, why are you selling it? I'm sure if I upgrade to the S7 they will be saying the same thing about it in 2 years. And the warranty is absolutely worthless. Why would I want a refurbished S5...or someone else's problem. Why can't you just "refurbish" mine. So incredibly frustrated!
