Does anybody know when AT&T will release the Windows 10 update for their devices? I'm using the unlocked AT&T Lumia 640 XL (on T-Mobile network), which I bought through Microsoft.

managed to updage my Lumia 640 (unbranded) in UK.
Hard-reset works- follow these steps:
1. Back up all you data
2. Hard-reset your phone (theres is a nice Youtube video, you can check)
3. When sigining after the Hard-reset DO NOT restore the data.
4. Do a fresh install of Upgrade Advisor.
5. Install Windows 10
6. Do anothe reset.
7. This time while installing - do your data restore.

Iam an user of 640xl. Hell the customer care service centre of microsoft at ameerpet and hell the microsoft lumia camera. Still now not yet released windows ten eagerly waiting for win10. Pls do the needfull on top priority asap...

I have a Lumia 640. I've downloaded, Windows Insider and Upgrade Advisor. Each time I run Upgrade Advisor I get the following message, "The Windows 10 upgrade isn't available for your phone right now. We're trying to determine if your phone can support Windows 10." Yet the Microsoft has released, indicates the 640 as a device able to upgrade to Windows 10. I'm confused....

Download windows insider from store and you will receive the updates, i have a 640xl and 920 and both have windows 10 which is great by the way :)
