The company may have made decision for some reason. If u dont want to buy the phone then dont buy it because there is no loss to company, because consumers will be left using the devices of one of the great mobile handsets company in the world.

Anonymous, 04 May 2015HTC get lost. 30000 you pay and not got lollipop. Even God will not save you. No word s suit y... moreDjeez why are you so fucked up about Lolipop?

        1) For the majority of software it doesn't matter. In fact Lolipop breaks quite some apps.

        2) a 64-bit OS on devices with less than 4GB is stupid. So why bother on these 1GB RAM devices with Lolipop anyway?

        3) What particular feature does Lolipop offer that isn't already included on Sense or Touchwiz anyway?

Trust me I'll keep using Kitkat on my S5 too because that runs best on the S5 and it runs all the apps without problems.

What's the big deal? just update it yourself (unofficial of course) just take a few minutes and learn how to do it yourself and your good to go without any need to depend on the manufacturer/carriers to update your device.

                          Faux-premium I say.

Congratulations HTC, you just converted legions of customers into people who will never trust you again. You bang your heads against the wall wondering why you can't increase market share. THIS is why.

Wish I could say it's been nice knowing you.

it all boils down to one thing. HTC has poor support.
this is betrayal. leaving the old loyal users in the dark for HTC is like burning bridge before even crossing it.
