i update in my computer still in android 4.4.4
and my important thing already back up also disappear

Ive been using xperia Z C6603 for quite sometime... but how come i dont receive any updates on xperia z? My other friends just got their lollipop updates OTA over the air at the software update setting. Can someone help me regarding this? I want to upgrafe my xperia z to lollipop. Pls help. Thanks in advance.
i tried refreshing the software updates and nothing updates me regarding the new lollipop update. pls help me. Thanks again.

My xperia Z is not updating to Lollipop and it sucks! Im really waiting for it so bad but it turns out that my friend who is using xperia zr got the update first.

After my Xperia Z was updated to Lollipop, I can not connect wireless to my Sony Vaio, using the pc companion application.
With the previous version of android, Kitkat I guess, it worked properly.
I have tried few times, even I uninstalled and reinstalled pc companion.
I Followed the procedure, at the PC I got the message that the process was successful but when I try to connect, from the Xperia Z, It start the process to associate again.
Have any of you guys have the same problem?

Finaly I got it lollipop version in xp z...thakyo sony...best screen lock notification, super perofomence etc....absolutily super......

Sony already release their Lollipop update for Xperia Z, open your Sony Customer Care apps and check from there, my friend got notify by Sony Customer Care and he able to update to Lillipop 5.0.2 but mine still no update available yet, also there is thing that you need to take care :
- make sure you got sufficient freespace as the update will be around 1+GB
- use a stable connection or even better through Sony PC Companion
- always backup your phone before perform this update
