I want my Kit-Kat back! My Z3 Compact Tab screen can't lock in landscape mode anymore and multitasking menu is now simply bling-bling and useless for business multi tasking - icons obscure each other.

Lollipop had many memory leak bugs and still has some. Google likes to release updates (minor/incremental) as soon as they fix a little bug and they just release 5.1.1. I'm sure 5.1.2 and so on will come shortly. Obviously Lollipop isn't fully baked yet compares to KItkat. Don't count on Sony for a better version of Lollipop. If Sony's better than Google, they would've had their own OS long ago. The only thing Sony's good at is embedding bloatwares into Android. Why would anyone want a device with 2 ecosystems? Hmm
