Anyone else have nexus 9 that applies the update them gets stuck on the boot animation? I'm scared to reboot. Worried it won't come back.
What's the use of extra space and high end specs if you can't multitask, and make gsm call & text, not to mention the competition can already multitask on dual windows and are already supporting dual sims?
WAKE UP GOOGLE!
It was delivered with Lollipop, check your facts. It's just not the latest version at present
Tanii, 05 May 2015guys please tell me if memory leak still exists in 5.0.2Yes it apparently does, even in 5.1. But so far I haven't notices excessive RAM usage on 5.1.1, but then again, I have tweaked my LG G2 with Recently that keeps only useful recent apps, have already fixed the boot animation memory leak and have a new LMK (Called L-Speed, it does a lot more and can be flashed on any phone) in the init.d. Oh I should mention I use greenify too, as all those things will minimalize RAM useage and use it sparingly, potentially fixing the problem.
Man the N9 really is a failed product.
Finally got 5.1.1 on my N7FHD. What a boost, it's like it went from 3rd gear 5.1 into 5th gear 5.1.1.
waloody88, 05 May 2015nexus line completely lost it, its no more better than other androids, it is now more bloated,... moreYes, it is definitely lost. How dare they give a 2012 tablet ROM updates after 3 years?!
How dare they make sure all their phones, tablets and other devices are at least on-par with the competition, with the majority 2(!) updates above!
Google is so dead, I agree!
Daniyielme, 05 May 2015But this is a nexus device... It should've been among the first to receive lollipop...It got lolipop...it came out with lolipop...the article is about it being delayed in getting an update to lolipop
nexus line completely lost it, its no more better than other androids, it is now more bloated, no longer supported fast, n no longer well priced, an as always incompetent in the camera department, good job google for ruining nexus line, no wonder both nexus 6 n nexus 9 flopped, i guess i will no longer think about switching to nexus, i will go with Samsung note series or with lenovo
most people that own nexus line usually root and install custom roms. like me. im running 5.1.1 on my..
But this is a nexus device... It should've been among the first to receive lollipop...
