Very advanced sensor...

That is, if you're lucky enough to get your S6 with the Sony sensor, instead of Samsungs own fabrication which may be in your retail-S6.

A stupid question
how long it takes to a handset to come from factory to user.
Micro updates are being made, I am sure there will be changes in hardware component as well
I want to buy latest handset, not a month old
I hope it is within 2 weeks

SAMSUNG is really the King of Technology ! Now all mobile manufacturers will copy SAMMY. Apple will do it first..." yeah hi there I believe my OnePus One has had that option for quite some time so Sammy copy them nahh other phone have had it before, two it is just a way of processing images from your camera, also on a final note what's your problem with copying millions of people and manufactures do it on a day by day basis no one can be original really

Antymalware, 06 May 2015Are you out of your mind????? Apps like PhotoRaw etc. were on the App Store for iPhone since 2... moreYou do realize that is a third party app not officially recommended / supported by apple even if it is on the app store if it is not on the default camera app or in the code of the camera api so then it is not going to be the best (in terms of being made by the phone maker) where this (as much as I don't like Sammy) is good...

tumama, 06 May 2015thats what i said i am waiting for a decent review because the one on PA its a joke The G4 is surely a nice phone but I think It will have a hard time against the S6 even if it has sd card etc, etc, etc.
Samsung sacrified these things for some, for me not understandable reasons but all in all, they did a good job with the S6.
Look at iPhones, they don't have these things either and all the restrictions on it, but still, Apple sell millions and millions of them.

anyone that is serious about their photos will have something like the rx100 rather than rely on a phone with a toy camera built in.

Another instance when tech review website is initiating the desire for rather useless feature. "raw is a must for any photo enthusiast" I mean c'mon, with these tiny toy sensors the raw quality isn't going to be great and it'll be horribly noisy. Moreover tomorrow you can see every reader here waiting raw and bashing company which doesn't provide it, even without knowing that raw / dng is not directly out-of-camera insta/fb postable and it requires good skills to make raw usable (if at all you can do with dng of tiny sensors).
