This is just to target people who will buy it based on the name alone, and don't know much if anything, on specs. Otherwise how do they explain the pricing? You can get a better phone for the same price.

No, no, no LG: the fact that you don't want a phablet does not mean that you are happy with mid-range specs!
It's bad enough when Samsung or HTC make the assumption that "smaller phone = lower spec", but this thing is as big as their flagships. Why do only Sony seem to get that there are people who want a smaller phone without compromising on the specs?

If they'd make it 4,7" 1080p with the same camera as the G4 i'd buy it in an instant... But unfortunately a smaller version automatically means shitty specs of everything (display, camera, battery, processor)

SONY is number one choice in the compact series! Compact but still high end while the others just roll out mid rangers. This proves that all the other brands dont care about what people ask, they just want profit...
