SHANK, 20 Jun 2017who comes up with these updates? my phone was fine!!!! the things that i liked and enjoyed the... moreI couldn't agree more -it was fine before - I now cannot read my phone as the writing is so small, all app colours are blending in together so cannot pick out app easily, it's more difficult to set alarm for same day and the pull down menu is far to small and does not stand out do awful update-- glad I kept my iPhone !!!!!

Since the update I cant send a long text message. The previous softwRe would convert a long sms to a mms but now it just runs out of characters and stops with no option of continuing via mms. Is there solution to this does amyone know? Also home screen notifications really hard to see in tiny skinny fonts

Brand, brand new here.Just left the world of iPhone 6 last night. I've had a Tab A for sometime and thought that would prepare me for the world of S6. Well kinda' but not completely. Was looking for how to sort the phone "Favorites" list and came across this forum. Sounds like none of you are too happy about this latest update, since I have nothing to compare it with I can't comment. What I can do is tell you why I switched over to Android. In Sept Apple is scheduled to release iOS 11 on the unwitting public. 11 will be a 64bit OS which will be forced on phones with hardware designed to run 32 bit OSs. You think this update you're all agonizing over is a cluster, well wait till you hear the howls from the hardcore iPhone folk when their new OS comes out this fall. I would advise any and all of you to stay with some type of Android phone until the dust settles in the world of Apple.

Apps freeze and go to black screen. Horrible update, what was it supposed to do besides mess up our phones?

I hate this update. Predictive text is awful .. was ok before. Don't is very small. Nothing is working smoothly any more.

My s6 restarts on its own now apps always crashing ever since the 7.0 update! I am now using my s4 until they fix the problem awful update!

Horrible update. Spend a good deal of time fixing auto correct problems when texting. Nothing was wrong with the way it was before. I didn't want to have to get a new phone and will more than likely be switching to an iphone. Ridiculous

My S6 was fine until this latest update. Now my phone is really slow. Pictures take forever to download and I give up trying to download videos because I constantly get the circle of death!!! Any ideas on what I can do?

I send so much time fixing even the smallest errors now that I never had before. Texting is a "nightmare" now and very frustration.

There are 3 - I already tried reset settings, and it didn't change anything...only other options are reset network settings and factory data reset, which erases everything
