I loved my phone before the upgrade...now I hate it. All my settings were wiped out, can't find anything and find the apps freeze up. How do I reverse this??

Hate it. Graphics are now hard to read. You have to do more steps for functions that were so easy before. I've been a loyal Samsung user for years but this makes me want to change. Please change it back before I change phones

Absolutely hate the new update. Small text, icons that are so washed out you can't see them, can't find photo options on camera, takes 5 clicks now to simply send a text, jamming up all the time - NOTHING is good about it. How can we reverse it????

I might be a minority here but heck i love the new update no freeze probs here, camera is great i like how it looks, the icons are smaller. I have no complaints whatsoever autocorrect is working also...i mean I happy about it.

I am over the new updates that recently happened. Every time I go into FB it scrolls around and around and it seems to be draining the power on the phone quicker. Also not happy with the camera updates, there are so many updates that are simply horrible. What were you thinking Samsung??????????????

Please Samsung take this away. I hate everything about it. Social media and apps freezing and the displays are really poor. I used to rave about my phone now I'm struggling to use it.

This update is absolutely rubbish whats with the white backgrounds and on text rubbish background and the grey box for my text !. Tiny icons what for. lost my favourite pictures at the top the the text do i really want to access my phone list - no i am sending a text message i want to select from the picture at the top. Do not like it at all just hope there is a fix that can put it all back as it was grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

The new S6 update is awful. Looks so basic. Camera is rubbish. Thought I'd done something wrong with my phone til I saw all these negative comments. Samsung sort this out please.

I hate the latest upgrade! It was so easy to use and working fine and now it not only looks awful its harder to use. I used to double click for the camera and now that doesn't seem to work and I appear to have lost all the modes on the camera. What a pile of ***

S6. Social media keeps shutting down. Autocorrect barely works. System has frozen completely a couple of times. Black screen on Facebook this not ing. No positive features I can identify. Seems to be losing power quicker. Hate it

I don't know what they thought they were doing with this last Samsung update - but it is a bunch of crap. I no longer get missed call notifications on my home screen - which I used a lot, since I can't use my phone at work and it is on silent most of the time! I also do not like what they did with the "favorites" and recent calls, etc. Have you ever herd the phrase "if it ain't broke - don't fix it?"

I've been with samsung for a few years and recently upgraded to a samsung s6 which I thought was the best phone I've ever had until this new android update. Worst thing Samsung could have done. Won't be using there phones in the future, still I dont expect a company with their sort of turnover will give a toss.

Nana, 23 May 2017Since this latest update my phone is frozen half the time. My sounds and alarms have a mind of... moreMy phone has also frozen for a couple of hours and I only stopped it by holding the low volume and off button.
