The white screen is awful, too hard on the eyes, font too small then if adjusted, too big. Favorites call screen is not the same. Where is my split screen? I can no longer use my split screen??? I can't delete a contact's call history in 2 steps, I now have to delete every call one by one. Half my contact pictures are gone. What the heck happened??? Awful.

What The Freaking Hell??? Updated my phone today and thought it would be better. But no. Battery draining even I am not using my phone. Have ti constantly charge my phone. Gallery font is freaking small and in a very dark colour in a dark background. I can barely see the fonts now. Everythung that changes basically sucks. Anyine having the same battery draining issue?

Not liking latest update to Galaxy S6. What I liked most about the phone was how user-friendly it was (and how NOT iPhone it was). Now, everything that was easy to find and use like favorites in Contacts & Call log, settings management and clear texting screen and easy keyboard are all awful. Texting screen and keyboard, which I use the most, are terrible: tiny text font, tiny icon pics, fuzzy/unclear background and borders all with one of the things I hate most about iPhones: a keyboard with eztra spaces between buttons and letters. I don't want to aim above or beside a letter to type it. Ugh. Maybe they'll listen and change it back.

So I guess this is a scam to force us to buy the 8 & 8+ huh? I refuse to go blind looking at this black & white screen. I don't like iPhones but now my Samsung is an impostor so I may as well get one since I'm due for an upgrade. I really loved Samsung. Never owned an iphone but totally thinking about joining the world of zombies!! This cartoon looking icon buttons- what the hell? The font is so small and now my storage is full --how?? I was asleep when this updated!!!! Samsung s6 is trash. I will be using my work phone until May and then go applehead!! Bye samsung.

I despise everything about this all white update; phone app is tiny font, calendar is obnoxious and takes multiple steps to create event, contact list is dreadful, on and on. You can't quickly access or view anything, you have to expand or drill down to access or do the most basic task. Hate, hate, hate, hate, hate it. According to Sprint, the only way to get previous software back would mean completely losing every bit of your data. My S6 is unusable now, I will be getting S8 and turning off automatic system updates.

Did the latest Galaxy S6 update last night and now I have no Contacts! When I go to Contacts it says it is updating them and then it closes. Anyone else experiencing this? Phone is basically useless right now.

I agree with everything ya'll are saying, I want my old stuff back. I'm wondering if a factory reset would get rid of this shit. I'm bout ready to try, but man i have all my picts on my phone.
Some moron needs to fix this frigging mess before i toss this phone across the room

Hate everything you've done! Trying to go iPhone on us! Hate iPhones and now I have nearly the same thing! Hate the white I messanger....and drab color posts! Hate the frames around contact pictures making them smaller! Hate the key part change! Hate the little font! I could go on! Horrible mess!

I hate it! If I had wanted and Apple looking thing I would have gotten an iPhone! Damn it you changed the key pad smaller and I hate the drab messager colors. Why can't you leave it alone. Hate the frame around contact photos...finally found I could change that! Please, quit trying to go Apple on us! Most love their Galaxies, because they are Galaxy! My husband has an iphone...aways have to help him on it! I wouldn't have one...but this sucks now!

I totally agree with everything you said. I wish there was a magic button to go back. Here I am thinking I am being tech-forward & always say yes to an update! If I had only known. The thing I miss the most...the "beauty" feature for selfies!!! Boy I miss that!

Update sucks. Message screen contacts come up with white screen, replies show above sent message which is confusing. Cannot connect to google play. Double icons showing up. Had to reset icon screens. Phone icon requires TWO steps to open!!! Requires THREE steps to make phone call! I mean really???? No favorite list. PLEASE FIX THIS MESS!

I miss my phone the way it used to be. I am the only Galaxy user out of my friends and family. I have taken a lot of good natured teasing over the last 6 years but always felt like they were just on the iPhone bandwagon and didn't know that my phone was way better.
Now I am seriously contemplating getting a crappy iPhone. I hate this update. I hate the look, I hate how my contact favorites are a list and have to be alphebatized, I hate the bland colors, I hate the stupid keyboard!! Why would you put a question mark where the period used to be??? Why would the period not be on the first screen? I send a lot of emails and texts through my phone, a phone I now hate. This post has now taken me more than 5 times longer to write due to all the errors I had to fix. I had to download a new keyboard and I think the one I picked stinks, but it is still better than what my phone "updated" to. Guess I have to waste more of my valueable time guessing at and downloading additional keyboards. I hope I can find time over the next few days to bring my phone back to Sprint and have a tech uninstall the newest update. Thank you Samsung, I feel like I have been royally screwed over.

RockHarvest, 18 Apr 2017I also have new issues...Gmail no longer syncs, Play Store will not connect.I have the same problem, GMail not syncing. Even though the settings say it should be auto syncing. Extremely painful.
Also, the blue LED light does not flash if there are any messages received (text, whatsapp, email, etc).
Battery draining a little faster than earlier.
A few other problems but above ones are most painful.
