It is really really frustrating, has anyone found a way of fixing this problem?

I'm useless but in my latest update my WiFi symbol has disappeared. however I can help you with screen rotate my 9year old found it in the settings behind a symbol called portrait you tap it and auto rotate is there on all my internet searching not once did Samsung mention this.
my screen goes sun too you will have it set on auto brightness. Xbox can't help not had that one yet had to get my 11 year old son to uninstall peel remote aswell.
They dont make these things easy do they.
Since update 19.12.17 Battery drain. 92% to 61% in an hour. Phone was red hot when I got it out of my bag..oh I have the thing on where it won't light up in your bag and use power (can't remember what it's called) no reason to be that hot. Turned location off and cooled down but battery is still draining quickly

My phone is 2 years old and not a problem. When updating ur phone make sure it's over 60% battery and it's plugged in. Phone will go tru it's update for maybe 10 mins and turn itself off. U then turn on and unlock with PIN number then allow the rest of the update carry on for another 5 or 10 mins. Always give ur phone an hour updating. If u rush it or interrupt downloading update or installing u can mess it up

My phone (galaxy s6) has not experience anything like this before the update. Im thinking that this is a Samsung Marketing Strategy. They purposely do this so we get new ones ans we cant sell the old ones because those will be useless. Im not gonna give up!!!
Updated software this morning on my S and the phone is dead. wont boot contacted Samsung did all the factory reset attempts but nothing worked for me. Collect mobile on Monday for repair
Seems my S6 is useless since the most recent update day by day, something else would start playing up until yesterday afternoon I hit the jackpot when it ALL went haywire.
Here's my problems...
Freezes, then it reboots itself, then when it starts up again the Samsung logo just dances around the screen. That used 50% battery power. Phone is Pretty hot now so it shuts itself down and the whole cycle starts over.
Did manage to do a backup and factory reset but it's still doing thd same thing.
Now what? Phone is useless. I feel Samsung should replace my 18mth d device..

Same here my S6 battery been draining so fast yet it takes forever to charge ive to keep plugging my hp to a charger n switch off my data when not in use to save battery.i never had any problems updating software until now.d screen goes dim unexpectedly.idk what should I do .mybe its Samsung tactics for us to get a new model.please fix this Samsung!I'm so pissed

Ive been told by verizon its a software problem and samsung is workimg on a patch to correct this isdue. I hope so soon i never know i have a text.

Sent my phone into Samsung and they said they would fix it. got my phone back yesterday with a letter saying "It has been determined that your unit is beyond economical repair." What does that mean? That they have no fix for their update screw up? Let me know if you found a solution.
My Samsung Galaxy S6 went through an upgrade a few days ago, and now my phone is a hot mess to say the least! I am NOT Happy.
1) Screen won't rotate, and I can not find anywhere to change that.
2) My text message notification seems to permanently be on silent, also can't find anywhere to solve that.
3) For some reason the screen keeps going very dim. I can adjust the brightness, but the next time I use the phone the screen will be very dim again. I can barely see anything on it when it is dim.
4) There is a little "Xbox" menu box at the bottom of the screen now. I don't use Xbox ever. My son has one, so I imagine that is what it is linked to. Wish it would have asked first.
Anyone else having this problems? Anyone know how to fix them?
I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 and our service is with Verizon. Since I updated a couple days ago, my battery is draining wildly fast for no reason, and the charging data on the screen cannot be correct: like it will say 15 % left, I'll start to charge, and then that next second it says it's 35% charged. That cannot be! It's gone haywire. Could it be that there is a disconnect between the data in the upper right hand corner about the percentage charge, and what juice is really in the battery? Or is it really losing charge this fast? Like, doing absolutely nothing but checking an email or two, and it says it's lost a whole charge in 8-9 hours.
The new update messed up my wifi. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 It gives me an authentication error. I tried rebooting and I also reset the router for the wifi which fixed it for a couple hours, but then it started up with the authentication error again. Any advice would be appreciated.
