This is probably a stupid question but is it somehow possible to get rid of the update? When I'm texting as I am typing my message the font is big and then when I send it the goes smaller and it's driving me absolutely nuts. I can't make both fonts the same size and I hate it

My phone updated last night and it worked for a bit until my phone completely crashed. Had to call my provider on another phone to get customer support. Thankfully a hard reboot reset it.

The biggest issue with my update is my screen brightness is not automatically changing to my surroundings anymore. In the sun, it stays really dark and when it's dark out, the screen is blinding me. It does still changes, but not to the correct lighting. I find myself waking up in the middle of the night to check the time and it feels like I'm looking into the sun.

The battery drain fast last less than a day for normal use, before I can survive in more than 1 day. Email app won't work properly with Microsoft Account anymore (Sync problem).
If you have not update, do not do it.

Since I have received updates for my Samsung Galaxy s6 it operates like garbage. NOTHING! Works properly. Cannot even check emails. DO NOT FIX SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT NEED FIXING!!! My cell was just fine before your garbage updates.

Since Sunday updating my two galaxy S6 (s) (28/08/2016) I have suffered excessive battery drain on both devices have tried wipe cache even factory reset still happens so beware latest update drains battery. BTW I'm in uk using o2 network just out of curiosity am trying ee sim in one s6 tomorrow see any difference but not holding much hope

Since update my phone has lost all photos, some contacts and all messages. Does anyone have a fix?
As well, it lost all saved websites. And, will no longer save websites to home screen although pop up message says it has saved to home screen. Does anyone have a fix?

I hate samsung updates. I would like to fix it so they cannot change my phone settings and apps. I have google launcher but, yesterday it updated and changed my phone. I own the phone they should not change it unless you want it. I went in apps and stopped updates. Now I am trying to figure out how to change it all back. Frustrated. Let us take care of our own phones and update instead of having your updates aggravate me and stay in my drop down. Not happy.

I updated, and when I restarted it just skipped pin code, and couldn't find network. Only wifi worked...Then I found this:

Every ... moreHad exactly the same - contacted Samsung & was advised it's an issue with the phone & had to send it back. Have now got a replacement one & very wary about doing any further updates.

My Dropbox and a few other accounts keep stopping... That app is my lifeline for business, photos etc... Have wiped cache, forced stop, unistalled, everything but factory reset. Help somebody please! “unfortunately dropbox has stopped"

I updated my phone last night and both buttons on either side of the home button won't work. I don't know how to get rid of my most recently used apps.

I just did the update. While it was restarting, it was on the red Verizon screen. It has been on this screen for over an hour now. I tried different button combinations and now decided to unplug it from my charger and just let it die. Has anyone else had this issue?
