My phone is stuck on the logo after downloading the latest software on my phone. My won't budget why because you at bloody samsung can't do your f job right. I don't want a new phone and plus I have data that is need... how the hell I'm in going to fix on need my phone

I did the latest update to my phone. Now it takes 6 hours to charge when before it took 1 hour and 30 mins. I've tried different chargers and it's the same issue. I'm not sure if it's my phone or the update that fucked it up. Please help!!

After this last update my group messaging won't work, I receive everything as individual texts and the texts say no subject click to download and fail to download every time unless my group messaging option is unchecked. Is there a way to go back to the previous version?

This new update keeps kicking me off my WiFi for no reason, it's so irritating. It was perfect before but now I keep getting a 'can't connect to server/network' every time I try to connect

Google/Samsung/Verizon pushed the latest update at me about a week ago and I'm pissed. They broke my phone! Everything was working fine and now I have apps that won't run, apps that crash randomly, wifi and bluetooth cycles. Two factory resets have not solved anything. Verizon is replacing my phone under warranty and when it gets here I'm rooting it. I'm sick and tired of these a$$holes forcing my phones into obsolescence.

i actually really like the update. i had a few glitches on my s6 and i kept postponing the update at first. But when i finally went and did it, my phone started working so much better.

after update I have no sms notification sounds or vibration. everything else had its sounds working just fine. I use text the most, and this is a very very big problem for me especially at work. have looked all over trying to fix it, no dice.... great update....

why does it force to install update if I really don't want to update my android Samsung s6. I just updated my phone after installation done it ask me again for software update.. what the hell is goin on with android. Last time (a month ago) same kind of updates were popping up in my phone but I ignored as much as I could , but at last it went bad and won't unlock my phone. I lost my all data as I had to finally reset my phone to factory setting through my computer.

First and most important, I lose network several times a day from one second to another, the interface it's slower, it takes more time to charge, the battery is draining faster and there are a lot of new annoying screens. I don't know if there's anything good on this last update.

I woke up this morning to the update finished installing. My phone was at 25% battery somehow and my messenger app would not open. The phone then restarted itself 3 times in the hour I had before work and was at 3% upon my arrival. Not worth mentioning how slow and buggy the interface was as well..

After the upgrade on my S6, the back button and the recent apps button are dead. They had the same problem last year and many wrote in suggestions for how to get the buttons to work, but none of those suggestions worked this time. It is a disgrace that they would issue an update without having tested it on a phone as common as the S6.

No longer can I use my sp... moreI found out that if you press on and hold the setting icon on the keyboard when in a text message the speaker for text to speach option pops up a long with some other options. Click on it and it will switch from the setting icon to the speaker. This is the button that is to the right of the "sym" button.
