Update is horrible! Apps don't work, phone is constantly overheating, battery life is really bad, and worst of all, the screen is constantly locking up and the only way to unlock it is to reboot the phone. I've gone from loving my phone to absolute hating it. PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEMS!

Absolute worst update!!!!! Entire phone doesn't work properly!!! Facebook, WiFi, Text messaging, you name it - all messed up!!!!

Absolutely hate this new update. Using the keyboard is now a slow progress, there's just the slightest hint of lag that throws off the entire thing. Predictive text is an absolute joke, not to mention they've changed the layout of where the emojis sit (I liked being able to seamlessly scroll through them vertically, not scrolling through pages horizontally), and now they've done the Apple thing and once you've used a punctuation mark and hit space, it automatically goes back to the alphabet keyboard. Minute issue, but annoying all the same. I have issues with the wifi not connecting properly, even with high speed internet and all other devices in the house working well, and when I disconnect from wifi I can't use mobile data, even though it isn't in airplane mode and mobile data is definitely turned on. Facebook keeps showing not only old posts, but doesn't update the posts, even if I refresh it, doesn't always allow me to post pictures, instead just goes back to the newsfeed, when hitting back from a comments section it randomly decides between going back to the last page and going back several pages to the newsfeed again. Restarting the app doesn't help. Random apps on my phone will allow me to open them but will shut down within minutes, if not seconds of me opening it. The worst fault though is the battery span. There are days where I have had my phone die twice after a full recharge when I used to maybe have to recharge it in the afternoon. Just last night I did a full recharge, checked it and saw it was at 100%, unplugged it and it had already dropped to 98%. My usage hasn't changed, I only have wifi on, screen brightness is set really low, nowhere near as many applications as I used to run, and it dies much much faster than before. Absolutely appalled at this update. I want my phone to be how it used to be!

okay click on your samsung app and file a complaint. This is what I just did and hopefully they will quickly fix the problem.

Before the update if I wanted to go to "secret mode" I just had to use my finger print, now it's not giving me that option but asking for my secret mode password. I don't know it, just use my finger print. What do I do?

After update I cannot transfer photos or videos to my computer. The computer recognizes the phone is present as a device but doesn't see any content.

Swipe entry method no longer works, and it is no longer anticipating my next word entry. Rapid battery drain. Sever apps disappeared (not all) but google play still shows they are loaded? WTF!

New Samsung s6 update - Complaint #3: When I take photos, they never orient themselves in the direction I took them. This has caused me to waste tons of time at work going through and adjusting photo orientation...

The new Samsung s6 update caused my Google Calendar widget to stop working, AND my phone cannot seem to tell if and when I am connected to Wi-Fi...

My text messaging app is completely on the fritz, as of the new update. I cannot send and receive pictures. Also, there is no "resend" option for a failed text! Why on Earth would you remove a useful option like that??????????

None of my apps are notifying me. I have no idea if i have a text. Also the drop menu at the top has nothing in it even when I screenshot something it just disappears. Not to mention this is draining my battery faster than snapchat. This is horrible. Please please fix this nonsense!

all my Apps disappeared. My phone was sending out texts from 2 years ago and notifying me I had a text when I didn't. I had to download all my apps again and enter all the info like passwords again. It did the initial update just fine a few days ago. But the next day it started to update on its own out of the blue, then all this happened. I don't know where anything is on my phone any more. Very frustrating.
