Read this2: for better ram and longer battery time. Disable (or uninstall) Apps you not need or use, or Apps that use power / sync. Settings - Applications - Application Manager. I disabled: chrome, facebook, google contacts sync, google play books, google play movies, google+, hangouts, fb messenger, OneDrive, Instagram, S-health, S-voice, Skype, Whatsapp. Remember Location Off (Gprs off), Sync Off. Select location for weather manually, don't enable 'location'. Turn off sound for touch screen, dial etc and vibration, this drain battery. Turn off all Sync. Brightness adjust down to level you comfortable with. Don't use many Ram managers or Task killer, this drain battery more than it helps.

My S6Edge now have 7 hours on screen time, and 26 hours battery life.

Read this 1 - for better battery time = Factory reset in 2 step = shut down phone, then hold in: power button + home button + volume up, at the same time,until you see Green screen with android figure. Use volume button down to 'wipe cashe' confirm with power button, then volume down and choose Factory Reset, and confirm with power button. You now have a new stock phone. Video on Utube. I now have 7 hours (sot) screen on time, and 26 hours battery life on my S6Edge. More tweaks for better ram, in next post.

S6 has 8-cores but G4 has 6-cores.
Logic tells that a car with a V8 engine is more powerful than a V6 variant. Besides, the S6 GPU is also octa-core.
Personally I will never buy another phone with Snapdragon CPU because whatever the chip, it always heats up. I had no overheating issues with my Galaxy Alpha(Exynos 5430) or my S6 Edge(Exynos 7420). They all perform very well and gets warm at most. Not cooking hot.

its making my internet connection slow plus the spark symbol keeps runnning. kinda weird but it was fine in the first place...?

ufkm, 09 May 2015welp dont buy a copy i have it 1 month ago and no problem. . Same here, no issue with mine, it's blazing fast and I never get crashes or force close..
Only thing I had was a redraw of the home screen sometimes, which is due to the ram management that's just been fixed :)

UK s6 Edge 64GB, sony sensor and updated.
No problems before the update even better since.
Fed up with people moaning about the price all flagships on contract are a similar price.
If you dont like the phone or can't afford the phone fine but remember every new phone Apple, Android or WP
have had issues which eventually get rectified.
Personal opinion is just that and personally I think that this phone is a masterpiece and I love it.

Only had the phone less than a week... moresame here , my s6 edge is performing brilliantly. of my first charge i got 15 hours and sot was 5h 30m and i had 30%battery left.a week later and i get 2 days use with nearly 7 hours sot .ram is always high until i get this new update .the battery on this s6 is better than my note 4 .

Keep it that way, its a buyers remorse...
No matter how much sammy oversaturates our lives with marketing it ( could ve fed africa for a year with amount of money they spend on marketing the thingie)
