I bought my General Mobile 4G for just $150 , and it is one of the best phones I've ever owned. It's even updated to Android Nougat.

It was released in the Philippines as Cherry Mobile G1. http://www.teknogadyet.com/2015/08/cherry-mobile-g1-now-official.html
The specs are almost identical, except for the scratch resistant glass, the Cherry Mobile G1 has DragonTrail Glass while the General Mobile 4G has Corning Gorilla Glass 4.
Price wise, the G1 only cost $130 (Php5,999) or about half of the price of 4G, which is $260.

HTC One(M9) costs 2799 TRY and Galaxy S6 costs 2499 TRY in Turkey.
