and the camera actually cracked after the first drop. look from 2:10
didn't they claimed that the G4 is more prone to drops? and what is this???
to be honest, all phones crack after a few drops, no big deals, but good to know that its as fragile as the others, so this definitely makes me lean towards the s6 more
well, at least now I know this phone is actually not that durable as they claimed, now i can at least look for other options. :)
Watching this video made me feel that I made the right choice for getting the GS6 edge. After 4 years with Nexus, LG and iPhone, I am actually impressed by my S6 edge, best phone I've used so far. Thanks for the video!
I was worrying if I made the wrong choice going for the s6 edge, looks like I did the right thing and couldn't be happier with my s6 edge now.
but didn't they claimed that the G4 is much much much more durable to any kind of drop? 2 drops and its finished? are you serious?
tumama, 14 May 2015well the s6 does way better than this phone s6 phone of the years6 has serious software problem can't runs multitasking morethan 2 apps at the same time...
tumama, 14 May 2015well the s6 does way better than this phone s6 phone of the years6 is not too slippery and the screen is very small.
the camera is very poor at night most especially on the very dark area.
the battery is also poor...
Rene, 14 May 2015The best ever phone so true the best phone of the year until the g4 note comes
La Menthe, 14 May 2015First: what's so special about that? Second: how is this news?Because the in LG G2 and G3 the screen had to be replaced after cracking the display. If ever dropped, you would have to change the screen right away so that you can use it again. This is why this is big news
Marcell, 14 May 2015First: It's special because the G2 and G3 wouldn't work after the screen shattered, forcing yo... moreYes to me this is in fact special. Coming from a G2 owner that has cracked the screen multiple times. I am sold on the G4. Going to buy it off contract for hopefully the $600 mark.
lg g4 best Android camera phone till date plus the Snapdragon 808 processor makes it a more better Phone. May be snapdragon 808 is a down side when it comes to the benchmark tests compared to the snapdragon 810.
On paper 810 ofcourse is the superior chip having 4 Cortex high performance A57 cores and 4 cortex A53 power saving cores while the 808 has 2 Cortex high performance A57 cores and 4 Cortex A53 power saving core and yeah ofcourse the GPU on the 810 is clocked higher.
But 810 has overheating issues and these results in laggy performance as the phone gets more heated and also the battery performance gets very degraded, but on the daily usage side the 808 has lower clocked GPU speeds resulting in remaing cool when it comes to overheating and battery is more saved and multitasking is flawless on the 808 processor.
Its like LG this time made a very good decession as the 808 is like custom tuned for the LG G4. I will definitely give LG G4 a shot and the rest all i can say is that everyone has their own personal choice to make when it comes to buyng a mobile phone :) PEACE
Seeing a video of someone dropping a phone and breaking the screen isn't going to make me not want to buy the phone, neither will performance benchmarks put me off. I'm still going to get this phone, thanks anyway.
