A week ago I update marshmallow it open but apps from play store is not worked.I called service Centre and told it was not working how it solve? They told update possible bit not active on Yureka plus device.

Worst customer service ever...i bought this phone 2 year ago still haven't received any update.....using 4.4.4 version...bad experience with yu yureka plus phone
