srsly S5 mini ? where is Note 3 and 4 update ?
I think need to switch for Iphone ... Samsung is ... ;/
I have brought galaxy s5 from KSA still no lollipop update for me poor service of samsung
I've updated my Note 4 to Lollipop 5.0.1 but the outcome is disastrous. The phone battery life drops, memory consumption increase and the worst part is the phone dialing problem. Now flash back to 4.4.4. Hope Samsung can skip 5.0.1 and focus to bring 5.1.1 to users.
haregene still at lollipop 5.0.1.. samsung should release 5.1.1 for all galaxy lines.. that's why customer pay top dollar for, the service.. if they can't provide, the customers will definitely choose cheaper alternative..

In other words, samsung wants you to throw S4 mini away and to buy new model. It's their marketing. They never cared for customers and long support on devices. Though, their phones don't last long too...
So will they update the S4 mini to Lollipop as well? It has the same amount of RAM as the S5 mini so they cannot blame the memory.
I have S5 bought in Dubai, still no Lollipop. Such a shame really...

Considering that not all variants of the note 4 has lollipop, I can say F you Samsung and your update timeline. Don't blame it on the network providers when you have an unlocked note 4 that should get their updates from Samsung.
Samsung will market their flagship and give it attention only till the next flagship is released, after that its F off or upgrade to their new crap. Not interested in Custom Roms, I want a proper device since I paid top dollar for it. Not have to fix it myself because Samsung has a BS product line and can't be bothered to attend to all of them even if they are flagships.
For all Apples BS they at least provide you with updates for up to 3 years of the devices lifecycle, there is at least some sense of return in what you paid for.
Deep down everyone knows it's the truth, it's business, whatever, it's still wrong. Learnt my lesson, never again.
