Lol the screen size is 5.7 means it is edge to edge... 146 mm is the height so it will fit easily bottom doesn't have to be 0.5 lol. Good engineering man keep up the good work. And you are a lousy commender such like you are lousy in geometry lol

We can only hope that other OEMs read the positive reactions of this comments section & realise the demand for large screen to device size ratios are the way to go. Been saying it for years.
can't imagine this thing will fair well in drop tests but at least they're trying to innovate.
Unfortunately if this isn't made available outside of Japan I'm afraid it'll fail and we may see the demise of Sharp even further than recent news reports have suggested.
What is it about companies that only see the 'light' of reality when they're at the brink of self destruction?
Hope Sharp haven't left it too late and make some sensible decisions soon.

Screen is 5.7 inch n body is 146 mm
146 mm is 5.75 inch, i dont think that bottom bezel is 0.05 inch or 1.3 mm

The 2.1MP front camera is located below the screen and not top as usually. Also there is no front stereo speakers. Oh That is another problem with so called Bezelless tech.

My friend from docomo japan told me that this phone will be only for Japan. Mean it will have the same fate as previous model Aquos Crystal and Crystal X. I just lucky to own a Crystal X.
