I had said that day that the Apple watch like all other smartwatches will fail and fail miserably. Apple drumming up so much interest is because its Apple, and people just love anything Apple at this time. Here is what a watch is going to do and then you decide . You have a shiny Apple 6 with a beautiful 4.7 in screen and its a lovely showpiece . You love to whip it out and use it. Now Apple has asked you by buying the watch to keep that away and us a dingy small 38mm or 42 mm screen to use your phone. How much sense does that make ?
