i have pruchased phone on 25 jan 2016.
it has started giving me battery drain problem , getting heat up very fast.
i have to get the phone charged two times a day
its horrible

sir my play store isnot opening properly and showing msg symolteneousely that google play services is stopped please provide me some sollutions on it i has updated my new version too but its not solved yet so wt i willhave to do please reply as soon as

I bought Mi4i Two month ago, I really wanted this phone and it was hard to get in UK, but I am supper disappointed! It heats up, camera is not 12mpx, i would give it a 3mpx. And i am sure I have a real Xiaomi, no doubts. Becomes super slow even if you delete junk files all the time. Touch screen is failing to work sometimes, in different places but mostly when i try to pick up the phone when someone is calling. Too many problems to deal with including regular updates from chinese playstore. I can imagine if tihs phone would cost 50$, not 400!! Never, Never but this phone!

recently when open "contact", sometimes totally don't have contact list pop- up. sometimes need to wait for few minutes then only pop up the contact list.... when select the contact that we want, don't have contact number and detail shown.. please help how to resolve this problem
