Cool story, bro! So, I suppose that all those dev's from XDA had NO CLUE about this "ongoing issue" that we just found out about.

People will believe anything these days...

Lucky Switz, 23 May 2015Simple.. Root your phone, install custom recovery, then wipe dalvik, dalvik cache,data,interna... moreExactly. Full wipe in recovery takes care of things. And when I sell my devices, I usually just reflash them to full stock. I understand that for non-geeks this is not an option, but it doesn't bother me personally...

Folks you have to remember how Google got popular and how they make their money. Google was in a rush to compete with Apple and to do so they let anyone get hold of the SDK and publish app, which has show the playstore to be riddled with spyware. The other thing is Google make their money by collecting and selling your data. So this is a double whammy for the user...we get screwed while makes money off us and don't cut us in on the profits!! This is why there are so many security problems with Android.... Google made it this way....oh I forgot to mention their ties with the NSA.

So, android's security is not perfect.. and you know what? So is my home.. My home got no fancy security biometrics or surveillance system.. Just plain old lock and key.. Sure it is not perfect.. But I still live happily in it.. Why? Because the security level is enough.. Same goes with android.. You won't need a perfect security system.. Just enough is enough..

AnonD-396315, 23 May 2015What do you expect with android security? They are only focused on features. Now I get it, just read the blog, and nine hours ago, story about blackberry demise, now a story seemingly out of nowhere (as if.) to put down android, leading opinion to conclude,(falsely. ) that apple is the only corporate solution. Wierd ain't it,how these things just happen to craft THEMSELVES.
