i surprised to see Lollipop update on my fonepad7.. BUT to my disappointment, the experience sucks..! laggy..! slow..! and i have to update a lot of apps and some applications are not yet compatible with the update..

sound profile keeps going back to "vibrate".. i change it to "sound" every now and then..

there are a lot of changes ie new message button, settings menu, interrupt, etc but the update slowed down my phonepad.. WARNING! DO NOT UPDATE TO LOLLIPOP YET.. stay with Kitkat..

3ngin33r, 25 May 2015They are busy with the issues on Zenfone 2Frndz this all about business schemes. They want only to sell zenfone 2 before rollout lollipop in zenfone 4,5 & 6. Otherwise people go for ZenFone 5 or 6 with lollipop.why they spend extra money in zenfone 2, this is the logic.

Padfone s will get only Android 4.4.4 update because of old hardware. . For zenfone 4,4.5,5&6 lollipop update is delayed but 3-4 months is a too far fetched date and the handlers of ASUS india fb page is misunderstood. Said by Zen_master in zentalk.

Asus zenfone users... dey have been building the lollipop for sometime now.. U can actually use it from their official site.. it's in the beta stage Ofcoz.. it's full of bugs.. I won't blame asus.. it's better to get a bug free update.. but I expected more from ASUS...

Right move Asus, Lollipop is far from refined, take what ever time you need.
By the way Lollipop has nothing new really, just some art work(eye candy). Where as KitKat after all its updates is smooth and refined, oh and the apps also which have been continuously updated by respective developers work better with kk.for those who are cringing -get a life folks!

I am not going to buy any ASUS phone ever. Other companies have already been providing Lollipop and ASUS is only trying to make it bug free before the release, I tell you when they release it, it will be full of bugs as had been the case with KiKat.
