Depending on the specs and size and if the rumor about LG making one of the Nexus devices...could this be a variant of the rumored LG Nexus 5 2015?
I will rather have the G4 as template for the rumored Nexus 5 2015 with few modifications...same Quantum dot screen but at 5.2", QSD 820 chipset, front firing speakers and a HUGE removable battery and SD card slot.
(Hey back to basics...the Nexus One had both SD card expansion and removable battery, so with Googles new encryption SD card tech, we may finally see Nexus devices coming with SD card slots).

I hope this is something in between G4c and G4, with a lot better specs/build as G4c, right in between.

considering g3 model number was D85X & the mid range G3 S model number was D72X now we can expect after g4 H815 to see another mid ranger like (G4 S) H73X,
so it won't be a serious matter IMO.
