No. SO why do you complain about it. Nobody from Lenovo told you to update right - you did it alone without consulting anybody first. It was yur choice - you suffer now. There is a way to return to KitKat but you have to reimage your phone. Find more details how to do that here:

No need to thank me or blame me for anything - I'm just repeating what was written on your screen prior to update to Lolipop that you bear your own risks by doing so. Lenovo told you to use KitKat and with it this phone shines like a star. I personally will skip Lolipop in general and will reimage my phone with Marshmallow next year :)

i m parchase lenovo vibe x2 before 9 days... i m getting better result to use it. after 3 days i see for update to lolipop 5.0 and i had done it on wifi bt then i m getting issue for network... when i m use sim card then that automatically network gone and also sim card dont show so telll me how dose i willl solve it...

Very very very bad lolipop.. Very hang and most bug in lolipop.. The is much hang so that i cant do any othet operation in phone.. I cant use internet .. So many problm in lolipop

i upgrade to lollipop yesterday(vibe x2-ap) . the phone totally screw up, no sound, camera not working, battery drain very fast. Never buy any lenovo again. no support or restore to kitkat

Factory reset not help. LENOVO not IBM. LENOVO = CHEAPER JUNK. Do not buy LENOVO.

This is the worst phone I have ever used - his specs are amazing, BUT everything else is total crap. At the beginning I loved the phone, but after some time I started to see some little problems, which began to pile up.
Especially after the updates - with the Lollipop the phone caused me huge amount of troubles (the speaker was not working, crashing, overheating, no mobile internet, no front camera and etc.) - I concluded after few months that the support of this "brand" is crap!
Well YES, there was second update which I assumed that will fix the mentioned above problems - it did it! BUT it generated new kind of surprises (the contacts are mess, the phone is not showing who is calling you, nevertheless that he/she is in your contacts, crashes and etc).
The most interesting thing is that no one is telling you nothing - I called the support in Bulgaria and they told me to do a "Factory reset" (you know what it means - synchronization of contacts, re-install all applications and then set them, setting back the phone (these issues take time and who will compensate me for my nerves, time and money - nobody) and if this doesn't work, to give them the phone to check its hardware. I told them that the problem is not in the hardware, but in their own shoddy support/software/everything and those problems with this phones currently has huge amount of people from all around the world - they didn't know anything about that!!! They even don't look at their customer opinion in the forums!!!
I did the factory reset (with all the following...), after installing the Lollipop and for some time it fix some of the problems, but now after the new update I have to do all this again!!!
I know one thing for myself - I'll never buy any kind of product from this brand and I'm telling to all of my friends to do the same. I had to buy recently new laptop, phone (for my girlfriend) and tablet - in the beginning I thought to buy them from Lenovo, because of their good price/specs ratio, but now after all of this - NEVER AGAIN Lenovo!
