Update android 5 in phone is very very slow

I updated my Lenovo Vibe x2 to lolipop 5.0 via OTA update. everything looked fine at first. slowly i encountered problems. the device seemed slow. it was lagging while switching between apps. but, the biggest problem came next morning. when i connected to my home wifi, it showed connected. but unfortunately my phone was not able to communicate with the wifi router. even after getting wifi connected i was not able to access the internet. i also tried to connect with other wifi networks. i tried some troubleshooting methods like switching wifi off and on. Restarting the phone and even tried complete factory reset. but still could not find any solution. with no wifi my life has come to stand still. i am not at all happy with the new lolipop update. it is full of bugs. i request Lenovo to look into this matter and get this issue resolved at the earliest. do any one else is facing the same problem which i am facing. problems : wifi not working, poor performance, poor battery life. previous version of android on this device did not support otg supoort. i suppose that should have been fixed by now. i am totally disappointed with the new software update. Lenovo should roll out a new firmware update very soon removing all the bugs.

i have successfully upgraded to 5.0 yesterday night....for sometime everything was fine...today, morning i found that when i am calling the earphone is not audible, but the receiver could hear my voice clear...secondly, camera is not working....pls help!

Ascheron, 05 Jun 2015Hmm, Nova Launcher not working after the update.. Switched temporarily to Apex.You're right. Nova isn't working after the update. Haven't tried a factory reset though. But found an awesome new launcher - Everything Me launcher. The lollipop update looks good.

Abe, 04 Jun 2015I'd say your best best is to try a system reset and try the update again...hope it works!the update option returned on its own.. thanks by the way...

I have successfully updated my Lenovo Vibe X2 to Lollipop. The file was quite big though (1.1GB) but I will need to observe if it is worth it.

I tried downloading the lollypop update but in the middle it stopped due to some internet issues and when i restarted the download it says "Your system is the latest version". but it hasn't upgraded.
what to do now?? pls help
