As much as I love what Gionee is doing here. I would much rather see this type of battery in a high end device. Low end to mid range phones have never really suffered from poor battery life due to their low specifications. Whereas high end devices, have directly suffered sub par battery life because of their high in specifications. Larger sensors, more demanding displays etc. You put this type of battery into a high end smartphone & you'll undoubtedly have a phone people desire.

Can double as a power bank with USB C port PD mode and Android M when it ships allowing this to be used to charge other devices!
