Leaving the design & ui. M9 is a disappointment technically.. no VoLTE while others have even in the older models... Plus no software updates for desire series is annoying.. desire 816 got android L but when 820 will get no one knows

for me, htc must improve the camera and very important is the design especially htc one M9 to M10. no more recycle design from m8 to m9 and 5 inch is just perfect. no need of bigger screen. Lastly HTC must rearrange the volume button and sleep button on the M9 because it looks fucking terrible on the right side of the phone. it should be such as samsung S6 and iphone 6 where they successful to located the buuton nicely. hope M10 will be A flagship killer. DESIGN+CAMERA. Two main things that HTC must changed.no need to adding megapixel while the camera still suck. come HTC. if u can't changed this, I will use to Samsung or Iphone or LG..

I really liked their Sense skin. It's clean and simple. But their choice of hardware can't justify the price of their flagships. Crap, even their mid- and low-range phones are ridiculously priced. They look good, yes, but they're too big. But really, their ridiculous pricing puts me off.

Flagships are too expensive. Also, they have poor software update support. The flagships were beautifully designed, BUT they have poor engineering solutions for reducing the flagships' dimensions. they're too large. so yeah, after the One X, I decided to opt for the compact LG G2 (bigger screen to body ratio) instead of the One M7. M8 and M9 still had only looks and crisp audio to offer. Other than that, they're hardly worth spending money on. They should hire me, a consumer, for helping in conceptualizing their hero phone. LOL! KIDDING. Well, I still hope to see a real competitor to the other big OEMs. Good luck, hTc.

That a really difficuilt for HTC brand. too many problem pending when launch HTC M9. design same M8, battery life too poor... Marketing and price so bored.
Frankly specking, HTC M9 have new design and beautiful when compare other mobile phone but not yet persure user.I think HTC shall focus price and marketing to involed customer more..

Samsung and Apple will always be Number 1. Samsung will always be ahead in technology compared to everyone else. I have a friend working for AT&T and he told me that the Galaxy S6 is outselling the iPhone 6 as of May 2015. And he told me that no one is buying the HTC One M9.

Battery life isn't that bad. What turned people away from it is a countless number of bad camera reviews as well as lack of flagship features, such a fingerprint scanner.

That's really good if you ask me. These losses are really going to make HTC think their product strategy and design language too. I really wish they learn something from this mistake and make the next flagship a true FLAGSHIP-worthy device. Reduce front top and bottom bezel, use a good camera sensor, better battery, and a better processor. Am I really asking for too much?

HTC never wants understand that... and so many brand neither.... any phone with good battery life is bought by thousands... if Im not in correct, asking to windows phone... everyone talks bad for windows but any lumia has impressive battery life, I still prefer android but I want good battery, no a 5" phone with 2.00 mA of battery or less, and like me... millions of users
