Anonymous, 11 Jun 2015If no major flaws like no user replaceable battery and sdcard then the Note 5 will be my next ... moreThat sounds good, what if the pricing seems so expensive like S6, will that bother you deciding to buy Note 5?
AnonD-398383, 11 Jun 2015Well, that seals the deal for me. I've been a Sony fan, but they've really disappointed lately... moreIf Note 5 come out with a standard one and a Edge one just like S6/S6 Edge, which do you wanna get?
"though the rumored jump to 4K resolution is not going to happen"
No SD Card = No Buy!
Please please please let it have a SD card and a removable battery.
If no major flaws like no user replaceable battery and sdcard then the Note 5 will be my next computer. But I've also been postponing the purchase now 4 years.
Well, that seals the deal for me. I've been a Sony fan, but they've really disappointed lately. I still hope to be pleasantly surprised by their offering at CES next year, but I'm looking to buy a phone this year, and it's looking like the Note 5 has everything else totally beat. Best screen, best SoC this year, finally a pretty design, massive battery, and now type-C. Hell yes.
AnonD-374655, 11 Jun 2015Wow. 4100mAh battery, USB 3.1, 5.9" SuperAMOLED QuadHD display. Cant wait to upgrade from... moreno removable battery and no sd slot = no sale.
samsung hasn't been doing good since s6 release. maybe it wasn't such a good idea to take away so many great features. I guess those s6s shipped didn't all get sold. lol
Everyone seems to make comparisons with IPhone 6 plus well I have one and I used to have a galaxy note 3 and 2 before. My biggest mistake was going back to Apple ! The 6plus is laggy and is bad in touch response and there's also apples horrible ITunes which rips you off. Roll on Note 5 for I'm coming back to Samsung!
Sami please add
IP 67 certificate
Micro SD card
This will compete to LG G4 note
Both will be announced in IFA Germany.
Samsung please, make it at least 8" screen with 8K display and 6 GB RAM. Then, I will happy to buy one! ;)
tardidd, 11 Jun 20155.9"? I think it's big mistake I think it's a great choice
Bigger screen is ok...smaller bezels??? Even better.
Thin is good...bend much/concern??? Metal maybe?
Replaceable battery??...yes please!
Bigger battery...yes please!
64GB storage standard please...new format...I don't want SD card/slows down phone by massive amount.
PS: Did anyone ever stop to think that the new speedy s6 might be more about fast internal ram, rather than a chipset???
Anonymous, 11 Jun 2015In your face, Apple! Now I am curious how the iPhone 6 plus S is going to keep up with this beast. lol.. We are yet to get the sales report for Note 4
AnonD-374655, 11 Jun 2015Wow. 4100mAh battery, USB 3.1, 5.9" SuperAMOLED QuadHD display. Cant wait to upgrade from... moreSame. I have a note 3 and it's starting to annoy me how it's lagging here an there and the weird graphic stuttering that wasn't there before. Lollipop made my phone smoother but it gave me lots of connectivity issues. Would love to get the note 5. Thought about the LG g4 but realized I'll get the note 5 anyways so I decided to wait.
No 4k is a better options since a good resolution sacrifices your battery.. USB type C is brilliant ( future proof).. Wide display (6") depends on user experience.. Less thick thats mean a non-removeable battery, my hope that its will add some features at samsung s6 ( wireless charging) finger crossed
AnonD-365011, 11 Jun 2015So true, if they could price Note 5 better than S6 Edge, Note 5 would be selling like hotcakes... moreI'm sure Samsung will launch such Edgy version. It's been a huge success for them. However we don't know which kind of Edge will end up be used for Note 5 Edge, Note 4 or S6? One adds function, the other revolutionizes the looks.
