kenosis, 15 Jun 2015Hopefully, it will be available worldwideI second that my man - i missed out on the X2014, so i would really love the x2015 model - and here's hoping that they give the option for expandable storage this time - something i thought was really lacking on the previous models
Just great. SD 810 paired with moto? A Sure time bomb to explode.
AnonD-406474, 15 Jun 2015I hope that I'm not the only one wishing for it to be NOT AMOLED, but IPS-LCD instead. And sho... moreI don't think they'll go for ips-lcd screen, because they need amoled screen so they can use active notifications without draining battery life...
To me, this one looks like a Droid device, it has pretty much the same shape as the Droid Turbo... I don't think this one is actually the new moto x.
I hope that I'm not the only one wishing for it to be NOT AMOLED, but IPS-LCD instead. And should its screen be 5.2", which I doubt, they should offer a version with 1080p resolution. 1440 should be fine if it's 5.5".
Should they make these happen, they can take my money. :)
SabbyJ, 14 Jun 2015Lumia's back much?I noticed the same thing. LOL.
October, 2015: Motorola Acknowledges unexpected heating issues with the new Moto X and are working on a software fix. Meanwhile minimal screen brightness, power saving mode and as little useage of the phone is adviced.
I'm starting to warm up to Moto design and build quality but only way I'll commit to this device is if Qualcomm moves Snapdragon 810 production to Samsung 14nm fab.
Strategy, show them little by little and they'll all come running for the opening... But yeah, Snap 808 or no deal.
AnonD-94867, 14 Jun 2015Equipping the phone with the infamous S810 could yield disastrous results. I verily hope Motor... moreS808 is the best for now, G4 is an example ! Read reviews, every each one will tell you that. Benchmarks are meaningless nowadays, you can see difference only while gaming. I really hope this generation will be a good one, I'm willing to change my LG G2 for new MotoX
