had installed Lollipop in lg g2. But whem i select a contact and dial phone stays reticent. it only starts a call when i press the call button again. Anyone please tell me how to reinstall the patch once again

A worst experience after trying an OS upgrade,FIrst attempt caused 1.6GB of data loss.Another attempt today sucked almost 1.4GB and failed ...............what to do........lost 3GB of data in two days and my phone started screen flickering
