mohit, 19 Jun 2015range is high according to mobile specifications.....range between lie 10k to 15k that is not "high". Moto g costs higher and still packs only 1GB of RAM.

I dont get a lot of the comments.
Making a phone thinner than the competition often comes at a price, and then I mean price, as in extra money you have to pay.
Sure, in some markets, you might be able to get better spec'ed phones than this for less. Two things to consider, how much did those phones cost when they arrived? And are they as slimmed as this one?

I'm not saying that people want this slim phones. Not even if they came with the highest end specs and had as good batterylife as the competition, and at no higher price.

This might be a badly developed product in the sense that money went in to making a phone very slim, when that is not what people are looking for. Perhaps they should have made a phone with the exact same specifications, but cut developing cost, and thus end price, by not slimming it down this much. Or perhaps they should have done a product with higher specifications, that is not as slimmed, and that would cost the same or be somewhat cheaper.

But that does not change the fact, that in this case, you have to add the slimming down process to the price of the phone. If it's a smart decision doesnt matter, it still costs money to slim devices down.

Anonymous, 18 Jun 2015Agree,its not comfortable to hold...will they still go further??As long as we have a bunch of pipe dreamers thinking that Moore's Law works in everyone's favor then yes. Eventually people will stop calling 10'' devices tablets, and claim they are useful as portable "media centers". We already got those with 4'' and 5'' handsets. I don't care how razor thin the phone is it just adds 200$ to the price tag. I remember when the race to making a better keyboard actually influenced stronger devices. HTC and Motorola used to make respectable powerhouses with physical keyboards instead of racing to the Razor-Thin bottom.

And then you have a gross percentage of GSM Commentators that want even thinner octo-core newspaper phones with fake gold accents and a fancy name. No wonder the market is saturated with redundant garbage.
