Also Kies is incompatible with the S6 and S6 Edge. You have to use Samsung Smart Switch which doesn't appear to have the ability to update the firmware, only reload the original firmware

S6 edge does'not compatibility kies it uses smart switch.

Samsung is ahead of ever phone maker on lollipop updates? Really? Then why is it that the 64-bit capable snapdragon 410 of Samsung Grand prime can't be updated? While Sony can upgrade their Sony C3 to lollipop with snapdragon 400 only? Explain this to me? Ahead? Really?
