I reset 2 times and when i update for newest software but its software remains at kit kat 4.4.4, this is why anyone help me out from this situation.

I was considering to get this phone before upgrading to Note 6 in September. But there is not 5.1.1 as I see on sammobile firmware website. I hated 5.0.1 on Galaxy phones so I will only buy this if 5.1.1 is coming. Could you confirm? Even the S5 mini is getting 5.1.1 these days!

If you have problems with 5.0.2, then factory reset your phone. It helps sort out minor problems and makes your phone run smoother.

Just received Lollipop 5.0.2 today for Alpha in Thailand. Uses much more Ram than before. Looks nice, but too early to see the improvements.
