You realize that Gabe was talking about a candidate build to be released to the insider program for insiders to test... NOT the release candidate build...

I think you should do a little research before posting stuff like this!

Windows 10 Mobile however is rumored to be released in September. (Take with pinch of salt) :)

Its just candidates for insiders (technical previews), just new build, not RC.

Hope they release both pc and mobile together..awaiting for new flagships 940 and also possibly for 890,730 upgrades...
