When it comes to copying, Apple is the most shameless and arrogant copycat of all. The only reason for their devices' features to become huge "innovations" is the cult following by a lot of people. The reason for that is beyond my comprehension, but that's a whole different topic. So, basically, when they introduce something that's been around for years, it easily takes off the ground due to a "critical mass" of users, but it doesn't mean they actually created or invented something new... They didn't pioneer the fingerprint reader. They were the very last to jump on the NFC bandwagon (hello, Apple Pay!). Come to think of it, Apple hadn't brought any true innovations to the market for a veeery looong time. They are very good at marketing, I have to give them that.
Just FYI, I have no brand loyalty at all. I am an Android fan, but I've been using phones and tablets from HTC, Sammy, LG, Dell and Sony, with no specific preference. Before Android, I was a big fan and a long-time user of PalmOS (also different brands). I dislike Apple as a company for many different reasons, but I recognize the fact that they make very decent devices, albeit hugely overpriced. I am just trying to be fair. In today's technology, everyone is copying everyone. But, like I said, Apple remains one of the worst (if not THE worst) in this field, and definitely the most hypocritical...

now galaxy s7 will feature sforce touch with sforce ui and try to innonvate ediotic features with the sforce touch which sure will be of no use. like it might show your weight when you stand on it etc etc.
