My Kyocera was bought at a boost mobile store, When I went in they said it was a very good phone and it was water prove and I bought, It all together I paid over $ 230 dollars , I started having many problems with it, but it has always had very poor signal ,it only works well when its working with high speed data , any time that 1 Giga bite is over the phone dosent work well or at all ! I have complained to boost mobile and it has gotten to the point that they have lied to me about having a tech come to my home to check on the signal and that never happened ,They left me their like a fool waiting and never showed up . Then this thing happened, my firmware needs updating from Kyocera and my phone will not work, always letting me know that Google has stopped ,Gmail, Hangouts, utube , Maps This phone is a mess I was told by Kyosera most people dident know that This Phone has a life time warrenty ! that made me glad , well when I spoke to another tech support rep he told no that I had 1 yr. ! they said they were working on a firmware up date and it has taken close to a month and still haven't gotten it ! I went back to boost moble and asked if I could get a replacement phone until the issue was fixed, they tried every thing to get my phone working but failed , and at the end she told me that she dosent recommend that phone and showed me a $350 phone by LG, and that made me mad to the point that I told her that when I bought it it was all good and now its a different story I see phones from track phones from family Doller and they are still working .I will never recommend boost mobile or Kyosera its a shame customers get treated like this !

Kyoto ceramics is no tiny company, it's industrial giant. And if they decide to use android, it is only fair to have them pay Microsoft for their R&D that was used in Android system.
