Update for Sony Xperia Z3+ comes to fix overheating issues Comments

My Sony Z3 Compact was working just fine for over a year. Now I got this software update for the latest Android 6.0. I would not go away so I installed after a few weeks of dismissing it.
BIG MISTAKE.
Phone is hot all the time and battery is draining like crazy. Normally I barely would use up 50% in one day, now with same usage I deplete within one day.
I tried to turn-off NFC. Lets where that brings me. Any advise is welcome. Worst thing is this update is not reversible....

I think lot of Sony z3 plus users have this problem.But I have updated it to marshmallow I thought issue in marshmallow as per your comments it's already in the old version also :(
