Giving out such a good phone with a very bad upgrade through.No one would buy LG if it carries the same in future.It should give atleast 5.1.1..to keep lg customers attached.

I hope this update comes out quick for Verizon. I've been suffering with this POS 5.0.1 update since April. everyday i want to throw my phone into the wall..

If you're not using AT&T as your carrier, you can't pull an update that way. But you could try something like this:

i must stress, if you don't know what you're doing, DO NOT try it at home. You CAN learn how, but it requires reading, patience, backup strategies, and a polite demeanor in the XDA help forums.

Because I have tried a few but failed to do so. Maybe not everybody is lucky enough. Or maybe not every website explains it with enough details for a noob/dummy like myself to pull it off. Korea will be 1st and after 4 month's will for the rest of the world as usual. I hope will be wrong in this , but if we remember the last time when 5.0.2 was out..
