H... moreThe update is probably blocked by your country (It has to go through the carriers and they can be lazy). You can manually update by flashing the latest firmware captured by users of Xda Developers. Go to Xda, learn how to root, put on a custom recovery (such as TWRP), back up using TWRP, download the firmware you want (check that it matches your model) and flash it using TWRP. Remember to wipe cache and Dalvik. If your radios isn't working for your country flash the correct baseband, also downloadable from their site.

I have android version 4.4.2 but as per the information the updated version is 5.1.1. How can I update I have used the update that is in the system to update but it tells me that I have updated version.
