Good news indeed, as it means that we should see a sucessor to the fantastic (camera aside) Z3 Compact at some point. However Sony do need a competitive flagship device and the Z3+ is not up to the task.

If Sony can improve the marketing of their devices, which are amazing, they have the potential to do really well. A more timely release of their products wouldn't hurt, either.

Sony have always been a high end manufacturer in whatever product they have made, so same should go for the mobile industry. However they should retain the mid range as well as their high end devices and just stop manufacturing low end devices and keep to a one year product cycle. That way they will save alot of money.
