Business 101-Customer's will pay more for well designed products and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I am NOT a Apple Fan. I will give some of my "wants" away for more open architecture, but at the end of the day I require EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. So far I have not been disappointed in Samsung Customer Service. But in my view they are dropping the ball on what their cell phone customer's want. Battery life/replacement is the Wholly Grail for users. No one likes being tethered by a cord or a HUG battery bank. As soon as someone has that battery that will last for days on end, is small in size and doesn't burn the phone they win.

The Samsung Note Series was the best. If what is rumored to be the Note 5 are true then Samsung is not understanding what their customer's valued most in the successful Note Series. It seems to be at minimum was the preference (which I believe they addressed), functionality (What's new?? A pop out pen and a little bit larger screen?? WOW I am underwhelmed), no removable memory (last some point there) and no removable battery (Lost some BIG points there). So in the end does the Note 5 give me a reason to leave my Note 4? Nope. But has given me a reason to start looking at other brands to meet my needs. As a business that is not a good business plan.

It is ridiculous that the note 5 will be the same size again it really sucks men really thought Samsung would upgrade the size to like a 6"or something I'm not happy with the size at all Samsung.
