To add - it actually means that, along with the picture in the comments section, it pushes the actual text to the right of the screen - which goes against every design convention, ever. When people read, it's left to right - we instinctively look at the left or centre left.
It's ugly and far less practical than the original. Why do we need that massive wide barr on the left? Before it was a nice narrow column of all brands, now it takes up a third of the width. It's stupid.
New features are good. But the layout is not of my liking. And very slow to load. Some pages need to refreshed manually.
Doesn't work well with Operamini and on some full browsers like Dolphin. I don't know how your traffic sources are :)
The ''confusing'' remark is only natural since there is changes but i think compatibility with older and newer browser is a must...
All links are now broken?
Whenever I use Google to search the specs of a phone via a mobile phone, I get the homepage and not the specspage of the device.
I haven't tested this out on a computer yet.
The new design is too cluttered. lots of wasted space on the right. Old site was better.
Now that gsmarena.com looks similar to the other guys..... Goodbye, gsmarena.
The UI is not so friendly with my browser... Ok i admit it, i have an old phone... But does the changes should really have to cater the new phones only and abandon the old ones?... :( ...
I like the new design and graphics, but because of that it loads so slow unlike the older one. But I like the new GSMArena.com :) Thanks.
last one was much better.........new looks is too confusing.........unhappy
I really like the new website design, along with all the news features and additions! Great job, GSMArena!
Thank goodness! I was contemplating a while ago to e-mail a suggestion regarding the design since it's really, really getting old. I hate the old News comments section because it's really sucks. Everyone looks the same and you can't tell who from who. Good thing the site has been revamped. lol
